Handbooks
What do you use at the moment as a staff handbook? Is it in paper form in a file and is raggy and dirty? What do you do when the company or school policy changes or aspects of your business change and you have to update the handbook? Are the appendices sections getting larger?
Consider how easy it would be if it was on disk and everyone had a copy OR the whole handbook was online in a secure section of your web-site so that only your employees could view it. Planning
We like to encourage our clients to be involved in the initial design and layout of their web-site or handbook. This is important to us as having any amount of involvement in the production of your web-site creates a sense of ownership and pride.
We value your input regarding colours of the background, how the navigation buttons will look and the general colours that are used throughout the site.
We will, however, advise you if we think that too much of a particular colour is used or the background is unsuitable. Too much of a good thing can kill a good web site. Remember, clients are viewing your site because they want information about what you sell or the services you offer, they do not want to wade though loud colours and whizzing heads and the like. Distractions are not a good idea, they will distract or drive your potential clients away.

We will consult you on your company’s preferred colours and build a site around those. You of course, will have the final say. And remember, at all times the site will be uploaded to our special server to invite constructive comment from you as it is developed.
